1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you immediately via email at contact@sarmonttwatches.com.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer fully insured worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or seasonal peaks.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24–48 hours. You can monitor your package directly through our website or the carrier’s portal.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Sarmontt is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details on potential charges in your region.
5. Damages and Loss
Your order is 100% insured during transit. If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at contact@sarmonttwatches.com. For security and insurance purposes, we highly recommend filming a video of the unboxing process.
6. International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, if our carriers do not support delivery to your specific location, we will notify you immediately and provide a full refund.
7. Incorrect Address
Sarmontt is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer. Please verify your information carefully before finalizing your purchase.
